Are your services really free?

Yes. All of our services — pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, options counseling, resources, and support — are completely free. You do not need insurance or payment of any kind. Free care is possible because of generous community support.

Do I need an appointment?

No. You can stop by during any of our normal open hours and we will be glad to serve you.

What if I’m considering abortion?

We are here to provide you with medically accurate information, a confidential space, and compassionate support. We offer free pregnancy confirmation, ultrasounds, STI testing, and consultations so you can learn about all your options and what to expect.

Do you offer free ultrasounds?

Yes. Limited obstetric ultrasounds are available at no cost to confirm pregnancy viability and gestational age.

Can I talk to someone confidentially?

Absolutely. Every appointment is private and confidential. Our staff is trained to support you without judgment.

How do I know if I’m pregnant?

Common early symptoms include missed period, fatigue, nausea, breast tenderness, and frequent urination. The only way to know for sure is with a pregnancy test and ultrasound. We provide both for free.

What if I don’t have health insurance?

You do not need insurance to receive care here. All services are free.

Do you help with parenting resources?

Yes. We offer parenting classes, material support, referrals for community resources, and ongoing mentorship to help you feel confident and supported.

Can I bring my partner or a friend?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring anyone who helps you feel supported.

What if I’m unsure what to do next?

That’s exactly why we’re here. Many women come to us feeling overwhelmed or unsure. We’ll walk with you step-by-step, answer questions, and help you understand your options so you can make the decision that feels right for you.

Do you offer STI testing?

No we don’t offer STI testing at this time. 

Are you a medical clinic?

We provide medical services under the supervision of licensed medical professionals, including pregnancy testing, ultrasounds. Additional services vary by location.
